i have been seeing some amazing new items for fall popping up, + wanted to share some of my favorites.  for starters, this rug from zinc door is simply irresistible, + comes at a very perfect time as i am having an area rug dilemma in my bedroom. it speaks perfectly to my minimal + pencil-sketch-colored aesthetic.   and mark + graham recently launched a gorgeous bedding line offering monogramming – so many fun things to monogram on your bed linens!  pop some flowers in that lovely-lined copper watering can on that coffee table [or night stand]. form + function.  accent lighting is so important in creating a nice, soothing mood in any room.  this soothing midcentury design lamp with a wooden base ads warmth with minimalism.
